AI Front Desk by Pykup

These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Front Desk, the AI-powered receptionist and scheduling platform built by Pykup. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Services

Pykup provides AI Front Desk, an AI-powered receptionist platform that handles inbound inquiries, appointment scheduling, and customer communications on behalf of businesses. By activating or using AI Front Desk, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Service

  • You are responsible for ensuring your customers are informed that they may interact with an AI-powered assistant.
  • Provide accurate business information to ensure the AI responds correctly on your behalf.
  • You may pause, modify, or cancel your AI Front Desk configuration at any time from your dashboard.
  • Pykup reserves the right to suspend access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

3. SMS Communications

SMS messages from AI Front Desk to business owners are strictly optional. If you choose to receive them, message types may include:

  • New appointment notifications when a customer books with your AI receptionist
  • Escalation alerts when the AI needs human attention
  • Important service updates related to your account

You are not required to agree to SMS to sign up for or use AI Front Desk. At signup, we offer a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox for owner SMS with full program disclosure — see our Privacy Policy.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply HELP for help.

For SMS support, contact support@pykup.ai.

Your customers may also receive SMS replies from the AI receptionist when they initiate contact with your business — those messages are governed by the same terms.

Pricing is confirmed at sign-up and may change with advance notice. All fees are charged per the billing cycle agreed upon during onboarding.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pykup is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from AI response errors, service interruptions, or conditions outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the most recent billing period.

6. Changes to These Terms

Pykup may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of AI Front Desk after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
