• Name and contact details (phone number, email address)
• Business name and service address
• Conversation transcripts between your customers and the AI
• Appointment requests and scheduling preferences
• Device and usage data when you access the platform

Pykup uses the information collected solely to:

• Operate and improve the AI Front Desk service
• Facilitate appointment scheduling and confirmations on your behalf
• Send SMS notifications and updates to your customers
• Provide support and respond to inquiries
• Ensure security and prevent abuse of the platform

How we use text messaging depends on whether you are a business owner using AI Front Desk or an end customer of a business on the platform:

• Business owners may voluntarily opt in at signup via a separate, unchecked checkbox to receive SMS notifications when a customer books an appointment, when the AI receptionist needs human attention, and for important account activity. Providing a phone number for your business profile does not, by itself, opt you in to SMS.
• Customersof businesses using AI Front Desk consent to receive SMS responses, appointment confirmations, and scheduling updates from the AI receptionist on the business's behalf when they initiate contact via text or provide their phone number to a business using the platform.

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required in order to sign up for, purchase, or use AI Front Desk. You may complete signup without opting in to SMS, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP — your account and access to the service will not be affected.

Pykup does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party providers (such as SMS delivery and scheduling infrastructure partners) strictly to operate the AI Front Desk service. We do not use customer data for advertising or marketing without explicit consent.

We do not share or sell phone numbers, opt-in data, or any information collected for SMS communication purposes with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and opt-in records are used solely to deliver the SMS communications you have consented to and to maintain compliance records as required by mobile carriers.

Conversation logs, contact information, and appointment history are retained for up to 2 years to support service continuity and platform improvement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
